doesnt look so bad i guess ! 

drilling machine ready to hit :-) 3 tiny holes  6 mm ! 

unfortunately to acces the back part of the PCB , where the soldering 
points of the jack connectors are .. i need to lift 
the outs board! so is a bit more annoying then i expected 

PS (bloody yamaha !!!!!!!! 33 (33!) screws to fix a backpanel !)

hello andrea,

i am very interested in the mods you made to your an1x, can yougive me
a  little  more  technical  data  what  you  did? i am not that pro in
soldering  but a friend of mine can do this for me and the idea behind
the mods sounds great to me!
