question about an1x edit for gary gregson

question about an1x edit for gary gregson

2001-10-13 by ELEKTRO DAN

hi,

i'm having a problem with the vco2 "pmod depth" on my plg150an using
an1x edit.

when i set vco 2 to sine and assign the "pmod depth" to
be modulated by the free eg or my pitchbend wheel it is always being
modulated by "lfo 1" even when the "pwm depth source" is "fixed".
moving the pitchbend wheel to a higher value only increases the value
that the vco 2 "pmod depth" is being effected by "lfo1".

how can i fix this so i can control the depth of vco 2's "pmod depth"
using the free eg or a picthbend wheel without it being effected by
"lfo 1" ? keep in mind that i already set the "pwm depth source" to
"fixed".

thanks,

elektro dan.

i figured out what my problem was. i got my pwm depth amd my p mod
depth confused in the control matrix. all is cool and what i am trying
to do works well. an1x edit is flawless!! is work perfectly!!!
try out what i thought i had a problem with below it's wicked for d&b.

assign your vco2 pwm depth to a pich bend wheel in the matrix.
make shure your vco 2 is a sine or triangle wave and that it's pwm
depth source is "fixed" set your vco 1 to a square wave.
while playing mess around with the pitchbend wheel but don't forget to
set the values of the pitchbend to +0 & -0. sounds cool don't it!!
