Question: Does X-Mod or "Cross Modulation" = Frequency Modulation (to some
degree)???

Is this where one oscillator is used to modify the pitch of the other? Has
anyone got any more information?

Cheers,

Phil

I don´t know.
The PLG150AN article on Sound-on-Sound.com, Jon posted, says shortly
about it:

"[...] X-Mod (cross modulation), where the VCO2 Triangle or Sinewave
output modulates VCO1 to create FM–like bells and pianos [...]"

Hm, isn´t that more FM? So the AN1x is in the way a 1-Operator FM
Synth also???
