Jon,

    That is excellent that you shared this, and made it so easy to folow up on by giving virtually all information needed.

    I just went and forwarded those two posts you mentioned, and sent a message to the service dept. asking about the upgrade. I had to use a different link as I am outside the US, but am anxious to see how Yamaha responds.
