Some new patches

Some new patches

2000-04-18 by Philip

Well, most of them are new anyway. I zipped and uploaded 51 sounds
under the folder entitled "Philip's Sounds." Be sure and have the f/x
on and not bypassed. A couple of sounds are only minor edits that I
forgot to leave out, Heaven2 and MegaDrone2. The rest are mine. I'm
not sure if the descriptions and tips for these sounds will show up
in the AN1x librarian, but here are some tricks:
Deep Sweep:Hit C1, move the mod wheel all the way up. Then move a
finger across the ribbon from left to right and finally push down
when you're all the way to the right. I was trying to go for a Flock
of Seagulls type of sweep, but this is what I got.

Top3Octs: play quick flourishes in the top 3 octaves

NasalPad: Voicey pad. Crank the mod wheel and you have an etherial
pipelike instrument.

I guess that's it. Alot of the sounds will have PC somewhere (my
initials), but those were the first patches I made when I first got
the AN. Hope you find some of them useful.

Philip

Phillip:

I downloaded them and had a blast. I love the clarity in the patches.
My personal favorites are Synpopbass (good for more than bass) and PC
Synth 2.... and of course Deep Sweep.

Thx,

Jerry
