What's going on with Teklab these days?

I noticed this link to the AN1x forum is still active http://
www.teklab.com/forums/list.php3?num=12 but the direct link from
Teklab.com takes you to a new domain called Groundhum(?) http://
www.groundhum.com/forum/index.php

This is probably old news to you A3K users but I was surprized to see
A3KDisky is now freeware http://www.teklab.com/forums/list.php3?num=12
and what's up with A3K Central http://www.a3kcentral.com/ Is it closing
down or becoming a 'generic' A Series resource?

I'm trying to find out what happend to the "A-List", or did this revert back
to the A3k list (or whatever it was called?).
