Factory Presets?

Factory Presets?

2001-01-17 by Aireq

Is there anyway to reset the AN1x so that all the patterns are clear, and
all the voices are blank. Like a simple sine wave or somthing like that? So
your not always starting from a preset voice?

the only thing i know is that you can set some sort of default sound
for a bass or a lead .... etc. it's described somewhere in the manual
as "making new sounds" or something similar. can't tell you exactly
where,
'cause i'm at work.
hope helped you a little bit

Hi aireq

Unfortunately not. Well, at least not exactly. What you can do is perform a
Voice Initialize from a a collection of templates.

o Enter 130 into the keypad as you would select a patch.
o Select Yes
o Choose an initial voice setting:

  1. Normal (whatever that means)
  2. Bass
  3. Brass
  4. Strings
  5. E.Piano
  6. Organ
  7. Sync mono
  8. PWM

o Tweak your new patch
o Be sure to save your new patch using the Store function

See Page 97 in the manual for full details, and please post back if you're
stuck.
