(OT) - To Ed, now you'll receive this e-mail...

(Sorry folks,) I'm sending it to the list after several tries..:-)

Hi Ed,

Here's one more try to reply..:-)

Thanx about the tip, but I'm into the list since I found it on the
internet....btw, I was looking for the TX's OS at that time, now I'm using
the Typhoon 2000, way easier to use than the T1.0 I used to have.
I also downloaded a choir sample from the list's FTP, but it wasn't the one
I'm looking for, I need something heavenly dark, synthsized and w/ a fast
attack...I got a decent one (soundfont), but still looking for..:-)

Thanx,
PinheadX.

Infected File (was Re: (OT) - To Ed, now you'll receive this e-mail...)

2000-09-21 by jondl@jdlx-musique.com

I've deleted PHs emails with the infected file attachment from the
archive so no one will mistakenly download it in the future.

Unfortunately that doesn't help anyone who has already received it in
their inbox. Mac users should be okay...Win users take care!

And remember, please don't send unsolicited attachments to the entire
list. We can update the list options here at eGroups to prevent a
reoccurrence.

Jon

I just received it twice!! And already reported the spam to e-groups.
BTW, it seams weird, but did it came from my e-mail?? Coz I just sent a
reply to Ed about the TX16W tip he gave me!?!? I'm sure that he didn't sent
it to me...
Sorry, anyway...:-(

I find it slightly worrying that I never saw any attachment...

I never have been in favour of sending attachments to mailing lists, but
this appears to be a really good reason to disable it (if that is possible).

Done. Attachments via the list will be kicked back to the sender.
