In the south of Germany, in Bavaria, yes. But only on "traditional 
festivals" especially hold for stupid tourists...from USA...<G>

That´s how "foreign legends" spread...

I wonder what will ppl elsewhere will say in ten or twenty years 
about the "Loveparade"...probably something like "Germany? Isn´t that 
the country where ppl are dressed like clowns and jump around like 
monkeys to very loud music?"
