Hello!

Anyone in this conversation has used the AN1X editor for mac?

I used it for a long time, then the operating system upgraded so now is not compatible anymore which is real bad for me!

The AN1X editor was so friendly and simple to use! that was not cool from Yamaha, not having an upgrade for my loved synth made me buy other keyboards actually.

Do you have an alternate editor so i can still work the sounds on the computer??

Let me know if you have this same editor in other version or something.

Is this Wine the same than the one for Linux ?

Its purpose is the same : run Windows programs with Linux; of course not the latest computer games. Maybe it is worth a try ...

Checked just yesterday, and  i removed Widows partition from my Macbook. )

It's working just fine running AN1x editor in wine on Linux for your information. I am also using Motif Rack Xs and Motif Xs editors in wine Linux. In fact software synts like NI Kontact and others run with no more latency than native Linux audion apps.

If wine on Mac can use the midi ports it should probably work well.
