You'll need another piece of sw to generate MIDI Clock if you wish to
synchronize the AN1x Seq/Arp to ReBirth. Neither generates MIDI Clock
(or MTC for that matter.)

ReBirth will allow you to record the Knob movements in Song Mode and the
sw Knobs may be controlled by hardware, i.e., your AN1x Assign Knobs,
but it does not record independent MIDI Tracks as a full fledged
sequencer will. If you need seq buying advice I'd be happy direct you
to some good user forums. There are PLENTY at Onelist!
