Yes, absolutely correct. The .mid file will overlay the current Voices
in your AN1x. Back up your data using AN1xEdit or some other program
that can accept bulk dumps.

BTW - are you on a Mac or Windows?

I can vouch for BeOS 5 Personal Edition. It's free, and it's *fast*. It's
faster than Windows, MacOS or even Unix or a Unix-like (Linux, for instance)
on the same hardware. You got to see to believe it.
