I hope this is easily answered with the answer I'm looking for.

I have an MPC1000 with JJos118XL that has a function where I canaasign a CC# and value to a pad and it'll trigger this in any desired midi device connected that I choose.

I'm assuming the Tune knob (semitones) sends a sysEx message, at lease that's what a midi monitor in my mpc says.

Here is the question, can I make that a cc or does a CC# for each osc's semitones already exist?

You can access those parameters (VCO1/2 Coarse Tune) via CC 21/52 when AN1x is in Midi Mode 2 (see manual and datasheet)
