The Yamaha AN1x Synthesizer mailing list

Thanks for all who helped with my previous post.

I never in my wildest dreams thought I'd be playing these quiet little songs with this brilliant female vocalist. I will go through the list's huge pile of presets and have a whole bunch of sparse, easy to mix happy little patches just in case this happens again.

However, this winter, the new side project "The Screaming Mutant Pitbulls" will not be needing those types of patches.

Just have to find someone to do the Cookie Monster vocals.

I dont know your songs, but for me its always the aim too, to work with very good singers from all nations. Little examples with Korg Triton Le and italian singerin recorded live in practice room :

I worked with her 2 years, then she left germany to live in italy with her italian boyfriend.
Never doing music anymore. Instead selling shoes and other stuff in Italy.
So be careful with the singers you choose :-)

I think the An1x is the wrong synthesizer for you. You should use a Rompler with Butherbread Sounds like my Triton Le in this Demo. AN1x is in most cases too special.
