The Yamaha AN1x Synthesizer mailing list

Hi,

an.factory has been updated to support two AN devices at the same time (I have an AN1x and PLG150-AN) and to support PLG150-AN and the AN200, including AN200 songs.

The program will automatically convert the different voice types between files, or automatically when you send voices to a synth and conversion is required.

There are plenty of other new features as well, including a library bulk importer.

And an.factory works on both PC and MAC OSX.

Now I've completed this work, once I've done some updates for some of the other librarians that I do (I'm currently adding SY99 support to sy.factory), I will be doing the final part of the jigsaw, which is editors, and I'll probably be doing the AN1x and FS1R first (probably the FS1R as that is a pig to program from the front panel!).

It was quite an effort, but as well as music, I find that programming keeps the old grey matter ticking over. :-)

Kudos also needs to go to Renato Navarrete who helped me check the program out with an AN200. Thanks, Renato!

If you're referring to the X-factory link, remove one of the 4 'w's.
If you're referring to the Yamaha manuals link, keep trying.
