The Yamaha AN1x Synthesizer mailing list

I was wondering if anyone here has purchased the Regenerator sound bank from Keyfax Media. It is for the PLG-150AN card when it is installed into a Yamaha Motif. I was wondering if I can load the patches into my AN1x using AN1x Edit. I spoke to the company and they did not seem to think it would work. I know the PLG preset files work. Those are .anp files, but the Keyfax files seem to be different that that.

File format of the Regenerator is for the Motif Voice Editor only. There aren't any .an1 or .ans files, so you CANNOT load them into AN1x directly.

you have to install Motif Editor software, load the regenerator bank,
and manually translate each patch to the AN200 editor.
