Key Replacement Techniques

Key Replacement Techniques

2009-10-17 by advanced_parapsychiatry

I'm having a hard time replacing keys. What's the trick to getting the little metal springs in the right way? I managed to replace the initial broken C# but now I can't get the C and D back in right. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi to everyone !

Speaking about replacing keys, i would like to know where i could find a
replacement key for the highest C of the AN1x ? Mine broke during a
travel :(

Hi,

Contact the spares department for you country's Yamaha main office (e.g. Yamaha Kemble in the UK).

A few years ago, I ordered replacement keys for my EX5 (same vintage as AN1x) and had the replacements the following day.

Cheers
Derek
