an200 trouble

hi friends
i use the AN Expert editor to edit my an200, it runs properly under my XP based PC, but when i try to use the arpeggio&pattern generator i cant start it.
If i try to change the note values of the sequencer i have to run it manually on the an200.
any ideas about what happens????
