AN200 question: VOLUME

anyone with a AN200 experience extremely low level in the output of the
machine? I've got volume knob all the way up and it comes in my mixer
at like a -30dB cut, it's terrible. I can barely be heard. I've checked
all my cables, the inputs, put other instruments on the same channel of
the mixer. I've narrowed it down to the AN200. I've even played with
the [shift button]+ [wet/volume button] in the effects section it does
nothing. I don't need to be so high it distorts, but I can barely hear
the thing now as it is
