I use noise level alot....but i do alot of noise music, if your creative you 
can find a use for it....and last night i used it alot because during my show 
my synth was only getting high end stuff :-( (damn sound men argh!)....noise 
and really high pitched stuff came out heheh.....but yeah, noise rocks in my 
opinion, i can't really tell you one way to use it cause it can be done well, 
and it can be done really crappy, you just gotta find the way to do it 
well....

If applied lightly, it can give a certain fuzziness to your sound, which can
be good. For example, Fifth Rendez-vous by Jean-Michel Jarre features such a
sound, with a relatively high noise level.
