Hello, I would like to control some parameters of the effects-section via Midi. For example I would like to control Delay's "FB-Level" or "Delay Return", "Reverb Return" etc. In the Midi-Control Chart I did not find an entry. Is there a possibility to control these parameters (e.g. by routing it to ribbonX or another controller; or via sysex messages)?? Thank you very much and kind regards, Thilo

Hello ! as far as i know the effects section parameters are not addressable by MIDI but can only be assigned to the own controls of the AN1x (pots, mod wheel and so on...) . It has to be done for each patch . I use to control the "leslie" speed with the mod wheel and the reverb and delay with 2 knobs, i never tried the ribbon controller (used mostly to control the cutoff and resonance of the filter together). The pedal controller (neither the footswitch nor the volume) should work too . OK, this cannot be done by a software sequencer .... @+ J.F. thilo_78 a \ufffdcrit : >Hello, > >I would like to control some parameters of the effects-section via >Midi. Of course you can change all these parameters with MIDI. Look in MIDI Data Table <1-3> "MIDI Parameter Change Table (Current Voice Common Buffer" on page 14 of the Data List manual. Thank you for your replies and your hint to the table with the parameters! I have captured the sysex-commands from the An1x-Editor with (the great tool) Bome's Midi Translator (and MidiYoke); With the Translator I can control the synth now via normal Midi-CC from my sequencer. It is really great. I have written a howto for the sequencer I am using (Renoise), it should be applicable for others as well: http://www.renoise.com/board/index.php?showtopic=11777 Kind regards, Thilo --- In AN1x-list@yahoogroups.com, "tidda_adda" <acjiskoot@...> wrote: > > Of course you can change all these parameters with MIDI. > Look in MIDI Data Table <1-3> "MIDI Parameter Change Table (Current > Voice Common Buffer" on page 14 of the Data List manual. > > Tidda > > > --- In AN1x-list@yahoogroups.com, Jeff <jf.serviere@> wrote: > > > > Hello ! > > as far as i know the effects section parameters are not addressable by > > MIDI but can only be assigned to the own controls of the AN1x (pots, > mod > > wheel and so on...) .
