Hello;

I have a Mac G5 dual 2.3 running Pro-Tools 7.1. Is there a AN1X editor that works with the 
AN1X?

AN1xEdit will run within Classic under OS X if you have OMS installed in Classic along with 
the comparable driver for your USB MIDI Interface.

Otherwise you can try the OS X beta of Emagic (Apple) SounDiver or MIDI Quest XL from 
SoundQuest. I've not used SoundDiver lately, but had some issue performing bulk dumps to 
the AN1x.

When I launch AN1x edit in classic, I get a popup that says "Launch of AN1xEdit failed/The 
application AN1xEdit could not be opened because OMSGluePPC could not be found".  
What can I do to remedy this problem?

In your AN1x Edit folder, is 'OMSLibPPC.slb' present? Don't move this to the Extensions 
Folder, leave it in the AN1x Folder. If you need to reinstall, you'll find a copy in the Files 
section of AN1x-list here at Yahoo!Groups.

Jon, you have no idea how tempting it is at this point to give a "get a 
PC" answer to this type of question.

And, PS, Bob:  Please DO ELABORATE on how to adjust the aftertouch.  I 
had a couple of old Rolands that had sliders for setting the aftertouch 
sensitivity.  Sometimes it was very useful on a per patch basis to bring 
up the sensitivity to max for the ol' weird effects sounds and back it 
down to a very heavy touch to switch in LFOs for Leslie type effects.  
To the point - I might even drill a hole and put in a control in the 
front panel.  I think my AN1x may be out of warranty by now...
