Sorry, I just recognised that I picked the wrong table, it wasn't the CC table, so Pulswidth isn't avaiable via a predefined controller... :( But it's still possible to route the Pulswidth to Mod-Wheel, Aftertouch or one of the other avaiable CC# by using the control-matrix...
