The(Alesis)Ion has a preset called "Won't Get Fooled". Basically 
it's  3 shaped sine waves, octave shift 0,+1,+2; into a vocal formant 
filter and a 4pole lowpass filter in parallel. Lfo1 square mods amp 
env sustain level, and lfo2 sine mods both filters' freq. If you have 
a preset close to an organ sound, start with that, then mod the VCA 
with an lfo square wave of about 4.5hz. Actually, I think the original 
Who "Won't Get Fooled" was done on an organ; I can get real close to 
the same sound by simply playing it on my CX-3.  I think "Teenage 
Wasteland" (and "Baba O'Riley") was originally done using an Arp2500 
step sequencer... I haven't tried programming either one of 
those...
