Daniel,

I really have no desire to put you down.  First allow me to state that I have no
problem with interpreting weak English skills, and that was not my main reason
for what I said.  My best friend makes mistakes with English and I am able to
understand her.

THIS is the reason for calling it a rant:

Let me do a little of my limited German as an example:

Die Taste I Ordnung mit Schere (Schnitzel, Schnitzel, Schn\ufffdpper) lenkt uns von
den T\ufffdnen ab, die digital gebildet werden, damit analoge T\ufffdne mit einer
getr\ufffdbten Krone anordnen. Mein Beutel denkt Sie ein Schuh, der im Socke Raum
durchl\ufffdchert wird.

Are you a stoner?  Doper?  Smoke the silly weed kind of person?  Got a pot on
your head looking around at others as stupid?

Again - wtf are you trying to say?  If you don't know how to program the ribbon
controller, RTFM.  Plain and simple.  The ribbon is an excellent controller and
the manual explains how to set it up in the Matrix section very well.  Its use
can vary from patch to patch in how it effects the sound.

(The English for the above is:
The button I trim with scissors (snip, snip, snap) distracts us from sounds made
digitally so that analog sounds rule with a tarnished crown.  My bag thinks you
a shoe holed in the sock space.)

THAT'S why I said your rant was weird, Daniel.  It JUST DOESN'T MAKE SENSE IN
ANY LANGUAGE.
