You need to make certain the valus for Amod Depth (VCA), Fmod Depth (VCF) and Pmod 
Depth (for both VCO1 & VCO2) are set to '0' in your Voice to eliminate any 
modulation which would occur at Key On. There is no "global vibrato setting."

Under the Ctrl Matrix you will find 'Source' assigned to A. MW and 'Param' set to any of 
Amod Depth, Fmod Depth and/or Pmod Depth - particluarly the latter - on MANY of the 
factory supplied Voices. A -/+ numeic value for Depth under the Ctrl Matrix serves as an 
offset to the programmed mod depth. A value of 'dirct' for Depth under the Ctrl Matrix is 
exactly that - a direct control of the mod depth.
