We just discussed this recently on AN1x-list, if you check the archives from January you'll
find a post similar to this:

Start Classic.

Install OMS 2.3.8 (still available from the Opcode 'site amongst others). Make certain to
install the current drivers for your USB MIDI Interface - the installer should place them in
the Opcode folder within the System folder of your Classic install.

Configure a Studio Set-up doc in OMS with your normal configuration - use the Test
Studio function to check.

Install SD, configure to use OMS.

Good luck,

Jon
