The Space Animals got invited to play at a private party. We got free blueberry gingerbread. The woman holding the party has an ancient house (a beautiful Cape Cod) which she says is full of ghosts. She told the ghosts they could live in the spare room for awhile but she needs the space She told the ghosts if they'd be good she's appease them with flowers and music. The afternoon started off slow--folk music with an acoustic guitar and a banjo. I could have played harmonica, but what fun would that be? We did some extraterrestrial bluegrass with the An1x making some very untraditional sounds. Lots of fun. We had a kid from Berklee Schol of Music playing guitar and drums and they even let me play synthesizer bass for a while. Luckily the banjo wasn't amplified. The homeowner said the spirits were happy. Rainbow Jimmy.
