That's a Sync Pitch effect - try setting Sync/FM = Sync+FMbth, set the Ptich Depth 
somewhere between 20-30 and adjust the Sync Pitch value to taste. Set Poly Mode = mono 
and Layer = Union, maybe play with the Unison Detune amount too. I'd set the VCA 
Feedback somewhere between 30-64 and use Decay times between 50-60 with no Sustain 
and short to no Release levels. Either the LPF24 or LPF12 filter will do. Use the Overdrive or 
Amp Sim effect to make it nasty.
