It's a matter of taste not necessity. When LFO Reset is off the LFOs will modulate 
continuously. When LFO Resetis set to Key On the LFOs reset each time a Note On 
message is received. Since you're playing on the beat anyway AND you've set the LFO 
value to match your song tempo it makes no difference in regards to synchronization.
