Go to the Yamaha web site and follow the links to Yamaha Customer Assistance. 
Shoot off an email and you should have a reply fromthem within a day or so. I 
imagine shipping & handling will cost more than the knobs themselves ;-) Yes, the 
volume knob is identical to the other Knobs on the AN1x and I suspect they are same 
as used on the CS2x and possibly the CS1x.
