I can't imagine the AN1X would be any good at creating drum sounds to be
honest. You can get some great rhythmic pulses out of it, but nothing
punchy or crisp enought to really pass for drums. I'd recommend getting a
cheap sampler for the side, or you could get a SR16 for pretty cheap which
is a great basic drummachine.
