Uh, this should be covered in the Getting Started manual that came with your Cubase 
package. It will explain how to configure your MIDI Interface to work with Cubase.

SW1KXG MIDI Out -> AN1x MIDI In
AN1x MIDI Out -> SW1KXG MIDI In

Select a Track in Cubase, select a MIDI Device (AN1x in this case), hit Record and have 
at it...you might want to se the AN1x to LOCAL=OFF for ease of use.
