Hi Brian,
Well, it caused me some headaches, but I changed my computer 
to "Standard PC" after I had made sure that it was really necessary. 
In the end it took me about an hour to get the basic functions back, 
now I didn't have time to check Cubase yet but I hope and pray that 
everything is better now.
