The logical choice for an AN1x Editor/Librarian is AN1xEdit.

If you're looking for something more along the lines of a Generic 
SysEx libarian I don't have a specific recommendation for you 
but, two good 'sites to search are:

And of course there is always ZDNet http://www.zdnet.com

On the Mac, I have an old copy of Opcode Galaxy and the 
freeware SysEx v4.5.2.
