RE: [AN1x] Arp Help

2002-08-18 by jez creek

What if you set MIDI PtnTxCh p.87 (Arp transmit channel) to something other
than basic Scene MIDI Tx p.93, then set your other synths to receive on
this channel.

  Subject: [AN1x] Arp Help

  Heh All,

In addition to the cool sounds of the AN1X, I am using it as a controller
for my other rackmounts. I have been having probs with getting my other
keys (Mirco Q specifically) to respond like I want (and like it did
before). My Virus responds the same way as the Micro Q tho.

Situation: Using a simple arp pattern (like UpOct1) with hold activated,
when I depress a new key, the Micro Q sounds that note _Immediately_ in
addition to dropping it into the sequence. It is a lower volume than
normal, but it's still there. I know I have done this before where the
AN1X-Micro Q responds like you think it would-dropping that new note in
the
Arp sequence, with no immediate background note from the Micro Q. And
btw,
the AN1X is responding like it should.

Any help would be appreciated. This one's been driving me nuts for weeks,
and no amount of menu hopping/manual reading has done me any good.

  Thanks!

  Dave
