Hmm very bizarre!- Could it have something to do with Yamaha's Middle C being 
different to other manufacturer's middle C's?- How out of tune is the korg? 
is it semitones of microtonal?- I know the AN can sometimes be a pig to tune 
to other things. It may be that one of your controllers is set to output a 
control while a receiving parameter on the Korg is assigned to that midi 
input which is corresponding to pitch- try turning off all controller outs on 
the AN and seeing what that does. (I had to do this once as I also had a 
similar problem- I think that when Yamaha set up the factory sounds, they 
also program in a whole load of midi assignments too- This can be initially 
confusing.
