I heard it from Jay Vaughan, who at the time was close with Yamaha. The
canning part is all I know about it, although I'd wager a bet that it
would be an AN1x minus the keyboard: no extra voices, cross modulation or 
built-in cirtus press. But that's just a wild guess.

Jay is working for Access (the guys of the Virus) now, so don't look at
either me or him for more Yamaha rumours.

And no, nor for Virus rumours. :)
