1. Always check the archives before asking.  Yahoo egroups has a good search
engine which helps.  This topic was re-hashed just this or last month, you'll
find a lot about it on the list.

2. If FAQs are available, glean what you can from them as well.  Jon has a very
nice section devoted to the OS in the files section of this group.
