The Yamaha AN1x Synthesizer mailing list

If you already have a few analog synths, try some of the features 
that are available on the AN1X like the ribbon controller and the 
free eg. Those might be available on the other synths, I don't know. 
Also try the appegiators, which have some nice paterns.Spend some 
time with the synth and you'll get some nice results. It's like the 
old days the difference between the Oberheims, the Moogs, etc. The 
Yamaha is useful for certain sounds. Check out the modulation 
routing. It's pretty extensive.
