Jimmy, >What do I need for computer power for the AN1X editor? I've got a >Pentium 255 with about 40 megabytes of hard drive left. That should be plenty. AN1xEdit doesn't seem to be compute-intensive; I've run it on a Pentium-233 with no problems. The program itself takes about 2.1MB, not counting any .AN1 files you've saved. Each .AN1 file takes 221KB, but if the file is half-empty (or stored patches), it ZIP's down to a lot less. >Does the editor double as a librarian? I'd hate to lose my patches when the >battery dies. Yes, complete with cut and paste functionality, and the ability to open multiple libraries at once.
