The Yamaha AN1x Synthesizer mailing list

I don't like mp3.com too much, it is a bit *too* commercial in my opinion...
hmmm... i can't really explain why... but... perhaps it i because there will
be too much "crap" (i beg your pardon for that :) on it aswell... If i'd use
it i would just use it to store some things, and maybe just to let some
friends hear it. (a place where i can refer them to) But hey, i can use
another place for that too. I wouldn't use it just so i can get people to
listen to some tracks...
Tell me... did anyone use that site to sell cd's? and if so: did you sell
many? maybe that's not the point, but i think mp3.com is way overrated if
you refer to it as a distribution channel, and i generally think it's not
such a good idea if you want quality music.
It takes the romance out of the music a bit. :}
