You could load the .SYC into a suitable sequencer (e.g.. Cakewalk) and send it to the PLG150AN (this might not give the desired results since the file is almost certainly created with an AN1x, and the sysex parameters of the AN1x/PLG150AN are slightly different). Furthermore, since the PLG150AN does not respond to bulk requests, there is no way YOU can get it back to AN1xEdit. Hence your best bet is to ask some kind person on this list to send it to their AN1x, then bulk request it back to AN1xEdit. Once there, it can be saved to .AN1 format and re-uploaded to the list.
