.ANP is the An1xEdit format for PLG150AN libraries. If you are running
An1xEdit V1.1, then you can open these files in An1xEdit (even running in
AN1x format) from the File/Open menu, then selecting .anp in the file type
drop list. An1xEdit will automatically convert the file to .AN1 format.
