Mark Bell produced many of the tracks on Bjorks 'homogenic' & 'selmasongs'. Previously, he was half of the duo LFO on WARP records. Their debut CD 'Frequencies' is out of print in the U.S. and the 2nd release, 'Advance', was never available as a domestic release - import only. Both are worth tracking down if you can find them. Bell is currently producing the next Depeche Mode CD on Mute records. It must be quite a kick for him to produce a band that was amongst his influences - more power to him, I say! Howie B. is another Bjork producer and his CDs are incredible. 'Turn the dark off' is a good one to start with - 'Snatch' is a little more challenging to warm up to but the rewards are worth the effort ;-) --- In AN1x-list@egroups.com, RayMaxer <digil@d...> wrote: > First thing I can tell you is she uses Waldorf Wave for many things ... > That's what I've read from SOS article about Marius de Vries - coproducer of Bjork and Madonna's 98' "Ray of Light" which I love very much ... > My whole studio setup is not as much as Bjork's Wave <G> > Ray. > > Cordi wrote: > > My next buy will be probably the Clavia Micro Modular... do you know its second-hand price? I think the micro-mod typically goes for $450-$475 2n hand. They're only $550 new so don't pay more than that! regards, Jon
