This is what I sent to Yahoo:

This person has been sending unsolicited spam to mailing lists from the Yahoo
domain. This is in direct violation of Yaho TOS (Terms Of Service). I am
extremely concerned by this issue because I use Yahoo mail as my primary email
service and have paid for the expanded inbox. If the lists start blocking all
Yahoo originating emails because of spamming I will have to change services.

This is not the first time I have contacted you concerning similar issues. In
the past you have always been very responsive and resolved the issues
immediately. I hope you will handle this case appropriately.
