Having said that, how would you
compare the sounds of the SLEDGE to the ION? The ION to the
MiniMoog?

I'd have to say the AN1X sounds great in comparison with these - the AN1X interface is only okay - but it does a great job of emulating the classic analog stuff as well as some digital things...love this keyboard.
