If you sequence your bassline and play it back while turning the osc sync frequency (try starting around 17 and turn it up or down around 10. you get a nice effect, almost like phase shifting. Gives the AN1X a cool digital sound. I eq'd out most of the frequency above 300 hz, so the bass wouldn't fight with the rest of the instruments. The effect was still noticeable.
I've said it before, but for bass, playing the AN1X through a tube amp and a big speaker gives it a nice sound.
