IMHO the keyboard works (as any MIDI keyboard), the assignable controllers should work if the controller number matches, and that's all. But it's great anyway ...
You'll have to try with both the AN1x and S1000 manuals nearby. Of course you can sample your AN1x, but having one it's a bit useless, except to add more voices.
