What kind of driver is this? A driver is a piece of software that makes 
a piece of hardware work. Most pieces of hardware nowadays are directly 
supported in Windows and don't need a separate driver install.

If you have a "Yamaha driver", it would be for a Yamaha device. But the 
AN1x is not a computer device, so there's no driver. You can connect it 
via MIDI and you might need a driver for your MIDI interface, if it's 
not a USB based MIDI interface.

USB devices don't need drivers either.

Yes, start with explaining what you're trying to achieve.

And don't install XP:  from next March, it will be unsupported, and it 
cannot access more than roughly 3.6 GB of memory.
